The anatomy of a repetition.

Follow five foundational lifts through the skin, superficial and deep musculature, skeleton and major organs. Warm highlights identify working muscles; each repetition separates lengthening from shortening.

Drag the figure to orbit, scroll to zoom, and select a structure or its label. The timeline lets you hold any position. With guided reveal enabled, three squats uncover the skeleton beneath.

Fixed-length bones are driven by joint constraints. Rib motion illustrates the breath cycle; individual loading and anatomy vary. This is an educational model, not a diagnostic or lifting prescription.
